Shipping & Delivery



We're proud to offer Free Ground Shipping on all new orders for shipment to U.S. and APO/FPO addresses only. Sorry but there is no international shipping offered at this time.

Ground Shipping to Lower 48 States - Free
  • Generally 7 to 9 business days after date of shipment. We are not responsible if shipping takes longer than estimated.
  • P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered to but can be used for a billing address.
  • Continental U.S. delivery provided by FedEx or UPS.


Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses - $13.95 ($12 per additional item)

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item, simply email us for a Return Authorization Number for a free return shipping label. Once your item is received, we will ship out your replacement item at no cost as well. The following conditions apply:

  • 1. A Return Authorization must be requested from us prior to exchanging an item. Items sent to us without a Return Authorization will be refused and returned. Incurred shipping costs will be billed to the sender.
  • 2. A Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of order delivery.
  • 3. Exchanged items must be in brand new condition with the original tags attached, boxes, & packaging or your item will be returned to you and incurred shipping costs will be billed.
  • 4. One free shipping label is allowed for one size exchange for each item purchased. Additional exchanges will be shipped at the customer's expense

Return Policy

Returning products to us is easy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply email us and we will assist you with the process. The following rules apply:

  • A Return Authorization must be requested from us prior to returning an item. Items sent to us without a Return Authorization will be refused and returned. Incurred shipping costs will be billed to the sender.
  • A Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in brand new condition with the original tags attached, boxes, & packaging or your item will be returned to you and incurred shipping costs will be billed.
  • Returns will be refunded minus $10 if we provide you with a return shipping label. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Package Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed to customers once orders are shipped. Please allow up to 2 days after order placement to receive your tracking number.
Please note that only packages shipped within the 50 states will receive a tracking number. Overseas APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS and cannot be tracked, hence no tracking details will be sent out.



Defective Items & Product Warranty

If you feel your boots have not met the manufacturer's warranty requirements, you may be eligible to make an exchange for a replacement product. Most footwear manufacturer's warranties cover workmanship and material defects from 1 year of purchase. Check on your specific boot warranty policy on your manufacturer's website. Please keep your sales receipt.
