Good Buy

By Paul Medina from Tucson, AZ on Jun 4, 2016

I was looking for a pair of lightweight boots and after a good amount of research, I bought these since they only weigh 20 oz each. I followed the online guidelines that say these boots run small and they were actually bigger than I expected. I'd recommend you order the size that you normally wear in athletic shoes. Other than that, these boots have been great. They are comfortable and very light.

Good Lightweight Boot

By Raymond from Orlando, FL on Apr 22, 2016

Very light boots right out of the box. Well padded but seem like they're intended for light duty. So far, they have not been disappointing. They fit well, have adequate padding, and keep my feet pretty cool in hot weather. Note that these boots are not sized large like the regular Bellevilles.

Excellent Boot

By Daniel C. from San Francisco, CA on Jan 6, 2016

I mainly use these boots for hiking with a pack and rock climbing. These boots don't restrict ankle movement like many jungle boots I've had in the past. The high top is necessary though to protect my ankles and lower legs from scrapes and falls. What I really like about these boots are they fit like a custom glove. Sometimes they feel like I don't even have them on. They allow me to be agile and step with precision which is what I need with rock climbing. Excellent, excellent boot. I've searched for a set a boots like these with many disappointments along the way.

Not Like the Standard Bellevilles

By Jason D. from Tampa, FL on Oct 21, 2015

Light boots, poor construction. Soles are separating from the boot after two months. My last pair of boots were the Belleville Maintainers which lasted me for 2.5 years of solid use. These boots I have are probably okay for light duty but being out in the field is definitely a no. Really disappointed in the quality coming from a name like Belleville.
