Comfortable. USA Made. Best boots that I have ever owned.
I received these drop shipped from the factory. One boot came scuffed on the toe, and leather looked roughed up and worn. The other boot looked brand new and perfect. I returned them for a second pair and they were big anyway so I exchanged them for a half size down and they were still a little big. Boot was still too big after i ordering half a size down.
Ideal for hot weather. Where I live, the temp easily reaches 100 degrees during summer. The last pair of boots I had made my feet sweat noon. These Belleville 600 boots vent very well so that is no longer a problem The canvas fabric is a little stiff at first, but it breaks in and softens.
I've been wearing Belleville boots for 16 years. Yes that's right. They've always been well made of the top materials but I've seen them improve more and more with new features and newer materials. Today's Bellevilles truly feel like the running shoes they are based on. This is my first written review after all these years. They are the best boots you'll buy for the money. Extremely comfortable, durable, look sharp and priced right. What more can you ask for? I've tried Danners, Bates, Rockys... and Belleville still beats them hands down.
Comfortable boots but they're hard to keep clean. I work in an aircraft maintenance depot so I'm around all kind of fluids and grease. I dunno how you remove stains from suede without just spreading it around. Other than that, comfortable boots.
Shipping was fast on these. they came straight from the Belleville factory and arrived in 2 days after placing the order. I like the boots so far. Glad I decided to buy these.
my primary complaint about these boots is they arent sized right. i'm a 10 in bates but found out im a 9 in these. make sure you get the right size. i got these for rotc and it was a pain getting the size right.
I bought these for my son who is in the Air Force Reserve here in Chicago. He says he's happy with these and they are light weight.
I've had problems with my feet in the past bruising easily and getting blisters. Its difficult to find a good hiking boot that wont give me problems even with thick socks and comfort insoles. I read the reviews that said Bellevilles were as comfortable as running shoes so I figured I'd try them out. The first thing I noticed was how padded the soles were almost to the point they are bouncy. Anyways, I'm very happy with these boots. I usually dont write reviews but these boots really deserve some recognition for being so comfortable.
