The Belleville 310 ST are U.S. army approved and meant especially for hot weather. They possess a MeraMax® polyurethane outsole and midsole that provide nice cushioning in the ball and heel areas and save you from blisters or any problems with your feet while on duty; besides the protective steel on the toe does not add any heat as the metal is integrated into the boot and is not in contact with your toes; so they only serve their primary purpose to protect your feet from falling objects or other hazards. The bootie is made of cowhide leather and nylon fabric that has vents as well for better breathability of your feet so that to stay cool and dry.
